Do I have to pay for the replacement of the consoles?
I am not sure if the radiator is fixed correctly, what should I do?
Follow the control procedure as described here on the website, if you still have doubts, contact your installer.
I have no vertical radiator, only a horizontal radiator. Are there also problems with these?
No. You do not have to worry over these or undertake any action. Only Faro V, Kos V and Vertical radiators are involved.
I know exactly when I had the radiator installed. What should I do?
Check if the radiator is supported below with 2 hooks. If this is the case the mounting has to be exchanged. Download the service form and forward it to your installer as soon as you have completed it. The mounting replacement will be done at no cost to you. Also check if the radiator is fixed in the slit of the top hooks and that these hooks are fixed solidly to the radiator. If the radiator is not fixed correctly contact your installer at once and request that the radiator is immediately checked and adjusted as needed.
When will the mountings be replaced?
The new mounting systems are available from 5 January 2009. Complete the service form and forward it to your installer. You can make an appointment for the free replacement.
My radiator does not seem to be fixed properly. What should I do?
If the radiator is not fixed correctly contact your installer at once and request that the radiator is immediately checked and adjusted as needed.
I can not reach my installer. What should I do?
Can I take protective measures to prevent that it falls?
Also check if the radiator is fixed in the slit of the top hooks and that these hooks are fixed solidly to the radiator. If the radiator is fixed well there is no problem. If the radiator is not fixed correctly contact your installer at once and request that the radiator is immediately checked and adjusted as needed.
