Replacement action for radiators Kos-V, Faro-V and Vertical

Following the recent discovery that there is a potential for the radiator brackets on a restricted number of Purmo vertical radiators to work loose over time, Purmo has decided to install a new mounting console on the vertical radiators Kos-V, Faro-V and Vertical. The exact reason for the dismounted radiator is not known at this moment, but Radson does not wish to take any risks.

Radson wishes to warn the consumer of a possible safety hazard concerning the Kos-V, Faro-V and Vertical radiators, produced after 17 September 2007. The danger is that these radiators can come loose from the wall and can then fall over. Radson wishes to take no risks and have decided to stop supplying the radiators in question. As a precaution, Radson has decided to exchange the mounting consoles fitted after 17 September 2007, with the new mounting system, via the installers. The new mounting system is available from 5 January 2009.

There are no safety hazards present with the Kos-V, Faro-V and Vertical radiators that were installed before 17 September 2007, nor with the rest of the Radson product range.
